BeMoto Motorbike Insurance

I have been with BeMoto for a few years on the basis they provide great customer service, know biking and don't try to sell what they cab, more about what you need. Had a call today with Manny who took the time to understand what amends I wanted to make, spent time to look at the market, saved me money and made sure the cover met my requirements. In this era of online, it is great to still receive exceptional customer service and really feel that someone cares. 11/10

I had a wonderful experience when I called to get insurance for my motorcycle. Isabella was very friendly, and we had a pleasant chat. I received a great deal on insurance and am very satisfied with it. I hope the renewal price remains affordable so I can continue using bemoto. The only issue I faced was that the website was laggy when landing from the Go Compare website, and I wasn't successful in placing insurance on the website.

I've just renewed my policy to insure my BMW R1300GS motorcycle. Isabella in the renewals team was great - clear, concise and answered my questions comprehensively. I can't comment on what BeMoto are like in the event of a claim (and I hope I never have to) but they have been easy to contact, great to speak with and, importantly , very competitive price wise.
