A move to a total digital experience for completion of claim forms would be helpful to avoid need to print & scan, which may not always be easy. Otherwise the process and the team were helpful and efficient.

I have scored you 10 in anticipation of the claim being fully settled which has not yet happened. But so far your teams have responded well and in a timely manner. Not having had any previous car insurance dealings it would have been useful if I had been given a clearer list of all the different party's and procedures involved, as ultimately I had to find out about these myself. However, the general level of communication has been very positive. I have not yet reached the point where I know if BD will continue to insure me for this no fault claim. But so far it's looking good.

Everyone I've spoken with has been extremely helpful and proficient (professional). Very impressed, handled with courtesy and kindness. Top marks.
