In an industry packed with jargon and complexity, Alan and his team are a godsend. Highly knowledgeable and professional, they provided assistance through every step of the home purchase chain. I could not recommend this company highly enough. Thank you!
Alan is the absolute best man for sorting out mortgage. Kind and patient who really cares about you the client. So touched that he asked about my family whose life changed dramatically. Thanks Alan for your outstanding support 🤗👍
I have been to City Gate 6 month ago to discuss my options, the detailed advice I got from Johnny helped me improve my chances of getting on the property ladder. He helped that much that now I am 3 weeks away from getting the keys to my first home. I am grateful for all the professional help, patience and support. I can not be thankful enough. I can only recommend Johnny and his team.
Both professional and friendly; Johnny has been immensely helpful in finding both the right mortgage, solicitor and insurance plans and the process has been surprisingly painless all the way.
Would highly recommend Johnny and his team! They were great! They helped us with everything and explain all things very clear and they were always answering fast and good to all our questions. Thanks to them we could buy our first property! No problems at all, everything was smooth! Now we are just moving to our new house, very happy 😊
My sister bought her house a few years ago with City Gate Aberdeen. She recommeded it to one of her best friends and not long after she bought a house. I decided to buy a house on January and now I am going to collect the keys at the end of the month. Johnny and Shona definitely know how to make it happen. The whole process was absolutely stress free and easy! they will guide you through the entire process. I would recommend City Gate Aberdeen 100%.
Johnny was excellent from the very first meeting/ phone call. We couldn’t have bought a home this year without his guidance and expert advice. I have recommended Johnny so many times and as I write this from my beautiful home he help me buy, I couldn’t be more thankful! Also the people I recommended are now looking forward to moving to their new home! He’s a legend!
