Excellent, friendly & professional service for the second time! Mark has helped us find and secure mortgage deals on two occasions - once for a remortgage and once for a house move - on both occasions the service has been professional & thorough but provided with a personable, friendly manner. When we were looking for our second house Mark was always on hand to provide information relating to payments/deals etc so we knew what we’d be looking at in terms of payments/financial commitment - this was often quite last minute (on our end!!) but nothing was ever too much trouble and we always got the information we needed. We had some back and forth with the bank due to the property valuation and Mark advised us through this which resulted in a positive financial outcome, and ultimately we didn’t lose the house we wanted to buy.
