Use the insurance company.. I was searching for a while, nobody could beat their quotes. Earl is a nice guy and very professional I had trouble finding any cheaper insurance company . I use them for all my properties.

It is not only at the beginning choosing the right policy for your needs but also when things go wrong having a smooth process to complete. I have always asked my broker to find the best company based not on price but on resolution. It is my second time needing to make a claim in some 16 years and I have been made aware of the unfamiliar process and would only add it is important to talk through the excess before you finally decide on your premium.
