Fay and Jacky have been amazing with the support they have offered. I’m a first time buyer so there was a lot that I didn’t know. Fay was patient and very quick to respond whenever I had a question and nothing seemed like too much. In the space of a week and a half I’d had my mortgage offer and am close to move.
