Terrible service from Susan. First of all she said they would not provide a quote until I told her what my current insurer was quoting for our renewal. Then told me that insurers wouldn't quote as our grades were not high enough (which wasn't true). Insurers I've approached directly have been more than happy to quote... Very unprofessional in my experience
