My mortgage broker, Lana Hart has been absolutely amazing. Right from the start when I was fed up and frustrated with so many mortgage advisors calling me from every estate agents, she was different and allowed me to feel heard and understood. Being new to applying for a mortgage I was feeling overwhelmed and nervous and didn’t know where to start. I felt embarrassed about talking through my spending habits budget and debts. Lana made me feel at ease and there was never any judgement. Lana has remained in touch at every step and met with me and my husband at times that worked for us, even if they were out of her working hours. Lana also went the extra mile to find my husband some form of income protection/support after he suffered a major health condition 18 months ago and unable to get the conventional cover to give us the peace of mind going into a new mortgage.
