Hello, Just wanted to thank Iain and Lize for the sterling job they did helping me understand and obtain a mortgage for my house purchase. I had an initial consultation with Iain, where I explained my situation; selling the family house in a divorce situation and securing an onward purchase. It was a difficult thing to go through and the considered, but also straightforward advice Iain gave me was really valuable. I then met Lize and we began to go through the nitty gritty of the situation and what my options were, understanding money matters are not my best strength, but Lize was a ray of light; the way she approached and presented what was available just helped me grasp and understand what I needed to do, and in a short time we got things done and I now move in to my new home very soon. Honestly I was dreading this part of moving on, but Iain and Lize were great to work with and I would highly recommend if you are looking to get a mortgage you speak to these guys first.
