Pensionhelp were recommended to me to help with a particularly difficult pension transfer. From the first contact to the pension finally being paid this month, they have been ultra-professional and available to answer questions and guide me along at all times. Every person in the company I have had contact with have followed through on their promises and have shown their expertise in an area, which for a layman, is very complicated. very little help and would not reccomend

Although it's a while back now (2017) I have no hesitation in recommending Pension Help as they processed my transfer swiftly and professionally and the fee did not seem extortionate at the time . They were thorough in their investigations and in my mind presented me with the best solution considering my circumstances. Will be calling on them again once my current employment terminates.

Although I am in the investment industry the whole transfer procedure is still pretty daunting. Pensionhelp were invaluable in guiding me through the whole process from start to finish. I had a dedicated adviser who spent an awful lot of time with me, assessing suitability, discussing potential investment options if I required them (I didn’t as it happened) and of course completing the copious amounts of paperwork that are involved when moving from a final salary scheme to a private pension. It was all overseen then through to completion with me being kept informed along the way. I can’t fault the service and they made a frustrating and difficult process a lot easier than it it otherwise would have been so I would definitely recommend their very specialist services.
