Elliot was an absolute dream. So knowledgeable and worked so hard to make sure we got the best mortgage. It felt like he really took responsibility for making sure everything was right and as it should be. He was so flexible with time and often answered concerns out of hours (although we tried not to take advantage of this!) For me, it felt like we really had someone else on our team, who really knew the industry. As well as this, he was a joy to deal with as a person, never fazed, straight forward, kind and personable, reassuring when needed. He was also very patient when explaining more complex aspects. It’s a pain buying houses but he really made a difference in making the whole process smoother and more bearable. I would highly recommend Elliot, and would use his services again every time!

We honestly can’t recommended Elliott enough! As first time buyers he explained every step of the process clearly and answered our never ending questions, he was also incredibly prompt in responding to us; always accommodating our after work telephone calls.
