It is fair to say that i was fairly "apprehensive" over reaching out to someone else to dicuss what is to everyone, extremely personal finances. I sampled more than 3 companies and finally settled on TD Financial Ltd, (aka Ashley) who was very personal and professional at the same time and i very quickly had faith in his ability and confidentiality. Having run multi million pound budgets within business i was pretty confident in my ability to manage money but there was something missing that was not within my area of expertise. Ashley took every detail of my personal finances, and juggled multiple options around finally showing myself in great detail and visual form in the comfort of my own home on my television screen. Becky Hall from TD financial was recommended to me whilst purchasing a property that I had already had a mortgage advisor working on. The purchase had its difficult elements with the owner desperate to sell for personal reasons and me desperate to buy. From valuation it had taken over 7 weeks for my initial lender to gather all of the paperwork, maybe partly down the in inexperience of the mortgage broker, defininately partly because getting a mortgage is now such a difficult task (especially as a divorcee). After 7 weeks I was refused and contacted Becky immediately. She spoke to me over the phone and understood the situation immediately. She simplified the absolute abundance of paperwork I had been asked for previously and made the process so simple. I really thought the seller would relist and sell elsewhere but Becky told me to ask for a week to 10 days longer to which he reluctantly agreed to and well within that time frame she had the mortgage offer in full complete. I am now in my new home and am 100% confident that without the expertise of Becky Hall at TD Financial I would not have completed.
