I honestly cannot recommend View Finance and Russell highly enough. From the very first conversation, Russell was absolutely brilliant. What really stood out was that he genuinely took the time to understand our circumstances rather than simply trying to find us a mortgage. He explained everything clearly, talked us through our options, answered every question we had and, most importantly, always made us feel like we were dealing with someone who genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. Russell’s knowledge and experience really show. He is extremely professional, but at the same time incredibly approachable and easy to talk to. Nothing ever felt like a stupid question, and no matter how many times we needed something explained, he was patient and happy to go through it. For me, it wasn’t just about getting a mortgage it was about having someone I could completely trust throughout the process.

It’s difficult to describe the kind of impact that Jason Harris has had on our lives. After a general google search two years ago, I came across View Finance and was contacted by Jason. Since then, by going totally above and beyond what anyone would expect, he has helped us achieve what we thought was impossible and we now own our own home! He kept in regular contact, answered every question I had, and recommended both a great surveyor and conveyancing solicitor who were fantastic throughout the process. As a first-time buyer, the process could’ve been overwhelming, but Trevor made everything much easier and was genuinely supportive the whole way through — he even went out of his way to wish me a happy birthday during the process, which was a really thoughtful touch.
