YesCanDo have been super efficient with my remortgage application. I had a few questions which Claire answered really quickly. With my questions answered I was given multiple options, application submitted and accepted all in a matter of minutes. Unbelievable. I had been putting it off as not a fan of life admin but Claire did all the work and made it easy. Highly recommend YesCanDo. Thank you!

Used Yes Can Do 5 years ago and they were amazing - came back to use them for moving and very disappointing experience. Mel who got us our mortgage 5 years ago was brilliant, felt like she went above and beyond for us, called us regularly, emailed us with updates etc, our experience with Charlotte this time did not feel like that at all, felt like she wasn’t interested in helping us. Not sure if the number of mortgage companies available to Yes Can do has dropped in the last 5 years but we’ve spoken to two other mortgage brokers as well as yes can do and have an AIP with Nationwide as well as other options open to us and have gone direct to YBS and got an AIP with them. Both are for at least £100k more than the only mortgage Charlotte was able to find us. It felt like Charlotte just wasn’t interested in helping us, perhaps too much work for the commission she would earn from the mortgage company.
