Have been with this company for nearly 5 years, no claims, all paid in one go but this year they increased my policy by £200! Only because THEY changed company for horseboxes and they don't want it to be kept on the road. It always has been on the road, suddenly no good. Very disappointed, looking for another option sadly....
Had a breakdown in my horsebox, with horse on board, and I have to say their assistance in this matter was excellent!!! So caring and professional, with every attention to detail covered! Would recommend 10000%! Put my mind at ease, thank you Anthony D Evans?
Have just got off the phone for an insurance quote with a lady who frankly, from the get go, was extremely blunt and unfriendly! I tried to lighten the mood to no avail and then when I told her a bit of information that meant they couldn’t insure me (which is fine) she very abruptly started ending the call! No apology for not being able to help, she just wanted me off the phone yesterday but to be honest, I’m glad they couldn’t help! Because I wouldn’t want to have to deal with the customer service when something goes wrong! Appalling!!
Been with them for years and always super easy to deal with, don’t send out higher renewal quotes then bring them down - get you the best deal before sending. No IVR, always get through to someone quickly just a really professional company
Have used this insurance company for years now and can't fault them, you can actually speak to a human being and they are based locally so you can have a real conversation. They understand your needs and the quotes are more than reasonable.
Great staff very helpful and very informative got me the cheapest car quote even better than going on online
