We were recommended Barlow Irvin and in particular Gary by a friend and it was a god send for us. We were stressing about the whole getting a mortgage, what we can afford etc and the advice we had already received was poor at best from elsewhere. From the first phone call with Gary we felt much better and he along with Gavin and Dan made the whole process from start to finish absolutely 0 stress and even worked it so we could afford more than we originally thought giving us a whole new market to look at. I would 100% recommend that anyone looking to get on the property market use Barlow Irvin and can’t thank them enough now we have completed on a house we love!

I cannot recommend Barlow Irvin enough, I wasn’t sure where/how to start our moving home mortgage journey but after finding the website and speaking to Dan he answered all of my questions and eased some concerns we had and promptly guided us through the next steps. Dan was also very patient as we had some back and forth with our house sale but once we were good to go, he was ready and waiting to get us sorted. Responses were always quick, and they provided clear guidance at every stage, which made the whole experience much easier to navigate. They also went out of their way to assist with related matters such as building insurance and ECP certification, as well as signposting me to the relevant agencies when needed.
