The Personal touch, another good renewal I very much appreciate the 'personal' service you receive and the ability to talk things through with a real person with genuine experience of the market. Markets have hardened over the last year/18months and premiums for all types of cover have escalated a lot. Donna not only took the trouble to explain in detail many of the reasons behind this but also went out of her way to try and achieve cheaper cover on a comparable level. Having had a look at some of the 'on line' opportunities myself, I was really not happy with the 'tick box' mentality employed so much these days, but also the uncertainty that one was actually achieving the actual cover that was wanted. The exercise however threw up a few more questions about what I needed to ensure i terms of cover, and being able to speak to Donna in person, ask the questions and have these clarified gives one a real level of comfort that you are getting the product you actually want/need. To me, the personal touch, the ability to talk to a human being and ask questions is worth a lot. Could I have saved money on my renewal, yes maybe a bit, but would I have felt as secure in the product I was buying, no I wouldn't. Long may the independent broker remain!!

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to Traci Bishop at Greens who was by far the most helpful, efficient, professional and compassionate individual I spoke to at this organisation today when I was in the middle of a family medical crisis. She was totally solution-orientated and came up with a win-win plan that resolved a pressing insurance problem. Thank you Traci - you were outstanding and succeeded where those before you failed. Organisations need more Traci Bishops.
