I couldn’t recommend Elite Financial Consulting enough. I reached out after dealing with three separate mortgage advisers and all of them saying they couldn’t help or trying to push an off the high street mortgage offer with us. I had a missed payment in the past so I was lead to believe this is why (this turned out not to be true) Charlie was amazing from start to finish, he assured me he could help and by the end of the day he had us a decision in principle and then two working days later we had a full offer with a high street bank (also managed to secure the deal before the rates went up the following day) He explained the process so clearly and was on hand to answer any question I had in a friendly and professional manner. He really had our best interest in mind and we can’t thank him enough on saving the sale of our new family home! If you are struggling I advise you to reach out to Elite Financial Consulting, I wish I used them from the start and could have avoided two weeks before hand of stress and worry.
