I honestly cannot thank this mortgage advisor team enough for the excellent work they did for me and my family. At the beginning, I had serious doubts about whether they would be able to secure a lender for me because of the challenges and difficulties I had experienced with other mortgage advisors in the past. On several occasions, previous advisors had initially given me hope but eventually came back to say they could not find a lender for me. This experience was completely different. This team demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, patience, and a real understanding of what they were doing. Despite all the challenges surrounding my application, they were able to carefully review my circumstances, understand the lending criteria, and successfully secure a lender for me. I was genuinely surprised, happy, and excited when everything worked out. It has brought so much happiness to me and my entire family. To me, this shows that they truly understand their job and know how to assess individual circumstances against the right lender criteria. Not every mortgage application is straightforward, and having the right advisors can make a huge difference. I am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me. I will definitely continue recommending them to my family, friends, and anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable mortgage advisor. Haysto were able to assist us getting a mortgage with us being in quite a complicated situation. Myself only having been self employed and freelance for less than a year and my partner for less than 2. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was always great. Special mention to Sophie for the way she handled the case and found workarounds that would not have been possible with an average broker. Highly recommend!

We have been extremely pleased with the service we received from Haysto. From the very beginning, the team were professional, friendly and supportive, and they made the whole mortgage application process feel easier rather than doing it ourselves. Ryan our morgadge advisor was just an amazing person that helped us find solutions even with the issues we had ( some satisfied defaults that scared the mainstream banks off). The whole team was knowledgeable and always took the time to explain everything clearly, answer our questions and keep us updated throughout the process. We felt that they genuinely understood our needs and worked hard to find the right option for us. Even thought we did get a bit frustrated that the bank was taking their time giving us a verdict either that we were successful or not , the team at haysto completely understood what we were going through and kept us in the loop at all times. The communication and customer service were excellent, and we always felt that we were in safe hands. I was sceptical when I randomly searched online for help getting a mortgage and just picked this company with hardly any research. I was desperate and upset when I reached out to them as the mortgage offer I had received through another mortgage advisor had just been refused. The mortgage advisor wasn’t communicating well and despite their assurances they could get me another offer I had lost all faith in them. Unfortunately due to something on our credit file that wasn’t our fault it was making getting a mortgage difficult but as we had already been pre approved we had found a house we loved made an offer and it had been accepted. So when the offer got pulled at the last minute I was beyond devastated, at 40 I felt this was our last chance to own a home of our own. I reached out to Haysto and explained the situation, I told them I only wanted truths and that they were not allowed to give me false hope as i couldn’t take having my hopes shattered again. They told me finding me a mortgage would be difficult but they didn’t think it was impossible. From start to finish their communication was excellent and their assistance advising through the stress of sending all my paperwork was appreciated. The portal was great though did glitch a few times. They found me an offer quickly and I prepared myself for history to repeat itself and have it pulled again. That didn’t happen, I got a call fairly quickly from Haysto saying my mortgage offer was now a complete offer and all I needed to do was agree and sign! The offer was with my solicitor very quickly. They made what I thought was the impossible possible and finally owning my own home meant more to me than anyone could have imagined.

Brilliant from start to finish Haysto Jane done the impossible for me. Found me a mortgage when I thought it was the end of the road but the y found the perfect match for me. The team were great answering all my questions and explained everything along the way the portal is way to use and gives the flexibility to go though things at your own pace. 10/10 from me Thanks Haysto Team
