5.0 / 5 · 85 totalI would strongly advise anyone not too technically savvy on the Internet to use this company, not only was my insurance policy sorted out personally and officially by Martin, the premium paid was about the same as a online quote my daughter got for me, I did wonder if someone having to do the donkey work would result. in a higher price?... and would have accepted that within reason, to not have all the hassle and worry if you had completed correctly?... I am old school (66 Years old) and now wonder if we should all revert back to how things used to be..... actual service, and be able to speak to someone to explain, and be explained to, about any queries. After describing my experience today, my daughter in-law is going to use this company for her renewal next month, .... Pay your money, walk away with your policy on real paper...!!. Further to this review (July 2025), I would like to further add Verity at the Nottingham branch has successfully solved a problem with overseas cover, that required an awful lot of effort and perseverence, that I very much doubt would be simple with online interaction instead of good old personable service! Top woman...!!
Hello, I am a new customer to join Independent Insurance Bureau for car insurance. I wish to thank Verity Mason for assisting me with my car insurance, Verity could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, polite, could not do enough in fact she went the extra mile. It was so pleasing to actually speak to somebody. All the documentation was sent via email, & a hard copy posted arrived with in 2 days. I look forward to renewing my policy again next year. I've been with David Insurance (now Independent Insurance Bureau) for a good few years and they have been fantatsic. Verity always sorts me out for car insurance and breakdown, reminds me when it's due and finds a good price. She is brilliant and makes it so easy. She has also helped me with prof indemnity and public liability. Always super efficient and fast. I thoroughly recommend this company.

whilst probably not their biggest Client I have used them for approximately 20 years, during this time they have always been super efficient, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I had a kind and friendly discussion with Verity about the level of motor insurance cover that I needed, all my queries were answered very proffesionally and a full rundown of the cover was given to me.
