Approaching 55 and knew I could access personal pension pots. Several pension companies suggested getting financial advice and mentioned Unbiased. Entered a few details and was soon introduced to Ingenious Financial Solutions and in particular Rizwan Ismail. We arranged a mutually agreeable time and Riz came to me. We had an informal chat and discussed expectations. Presented my current situation and various policies. Riz easily identified those that were flexible and those that were not. Based on further investigation, suggested crystallization of policies into one with access and draw down. Took away all information needed and permission to contact all parties. Subsequent home visit showed proposals, suggestions and risk analysis and we agreed a way forward. Couple of brief messages and we were all set. On reaching the birthday milestone everything fell into place and within a week received the agreed %. Faultless service, would highly recommend. Took away all my worries and anxieties.

Had a great experience with Rizwan. Haven't used a financial adviser before but was lucky enough to find him. We had a couple of in person appointments with him for which he was always on time, polite and respectful in our home. He listened to our needs and gave just the right level of advice. He made relevant suggestions for our options without giving us any hard sell for extras or anything else which was greatly appreciated. The whole process went without a hitch and paperwork was strightforward and simple with his guidance and explanations. Wouldn't think twice about using him again or recommending him to others.
