Been with Kelvin Smith for 10 years now and have had Graeme and now Sarah help me find the best and cheapest insurance for our commercial properties. Sarah truly goes above and beyond in providing a great service and always gets competitive prices 5 stars all the way would highly recommend this brokerage!!!

Would never look anywhere else, the company and the whole office team has great values, and we deal with Susan who knows my business inside out, asks questions that others never did, as she always wants to make sure you are covered with no hidden surprises. Terrible service from Susan. First of all she said they would not provide a quote until I told her what my current insurer was quoting for our renewal. Then told me that insurers wouldn't quote as our grades were not high enough (which wasn't true). Insurers I've approached directly have been more than happy to quote... Very unprofessional in my experience
