Alan and his team provided a friendly and professional service. I approached Alan for a pensions review as I didn't want to leave it too late only to find I would be struggling financially. The process was comprehensive and thorough. Lazenby's guided through me a discovery meeting to establish what my retirement goals are. This was followed by a risk assessment to gauge the level of risk I would be comfortable with. Alan and his team then set about obtaining my information which cumulated in a very detailed report and personal presentation considering several scenarios and recommendations as to the most effective course of action to achieve my goals. I cannot recommend Lazenby's enough. The service was highly professional and comprehensive and I would not hesitate to use them again in future.
