When my friend told me he had used Masterplan Wealth for the selling and purchase of his new home and they had talked him through the whole process from start to finish, I thought that's exactly what I need because I haven't got a clue about buying n selling a house. Wow, they made what I thought was going to be extremely stressful really easy, normally in life you have to phone people to remind or ask them to carry out an instruction , however Mark would be calling or messaging me to remind or prompt me or id send a email in the early hours and by 9.15 hed be phoning me reassuring me it was all in hand. My daughters mom had paid a lot more with a different company and expected a hassle free journey but she was continually asking me did you have to do this and that and I was like no Mark has taken care of that and she could not understand why my journey was plain sailing. Well this was definitely one time she could not say ' I told you so '.... I owe my mate a massive drink because I did not have a clue where to start. Now 12 months on he's settled in his new home and I,ll be soon moving into mine. Thanks Masterplan!

My experience with Mark Griffiths was extremely positive - my situation was a tricky one which required urgency and Mark was very quick and proactive in identifying and securing a lender with whom I had the greatest chances of success. Mark was patient and professional throughout, and continued to work in my interest (raise enquiries with the lender when confusion arose between lender and solicitor) right through to completion. There's no faulting Mark's experience and knowledge, I would use Mark's services again and recommend you give them a try if looking for a mortgage yourselves!
