I chose PSA Financial Services a few years ago as I wanted a reputable, local firm and I am very pleased with the service I have received. My advisor Ravi is professional, knowledgable and straightforward, and nothing is too much trouble for him - he is prompt in responding, prepares thoroughly and his advice is excellent. Also thanks to Paul and Karen who helped me get a new mortgage when I moved house last year.

Our advisor - George - is well prepared, professional and personable and has a wealth of financial expertise. Finding someone you trust to manage your hard earned money is a big ask but PSA have proved to be a great choice.
An excellent company, they are always so helpful and made the process of getting a mortgage, life insurance, pension and investment very straight forward and smooth. I would go to them with all of my financial needs! They also have a beautiful office too!
Absolutely shocking. Had to file a complaint with the financial ombudsman after they moved my money to a totally unsuitable pension and didn't even give me any way to access it! Not even an account number. It's taken two years to resolve and cost me thousands of pounds. Despite charging me over £1000 in fees they felt £300 compensation was adequate for the hours and hours spent trying to resolve the matter.
