I wouldn't hesitate to use Retirement Professionals again, though I only plan to retire once! They helped me to set up an annuity after I took early retirement. Because I was below the normal minimum retirement age, very few insurance companies would provide a quote for me. After requesting help from many pension advice services, Ian from Retirement Professionals was the first to reply with a positive response, and he continued to be easy to contact to discuss things over the following weeks. Once I had settled on the annuity options I wanted, Ian was able to lock in the highest value quote that had been provided. Lesley from the administration team sent regular updates to inform me of progress, and she worked tirelessly to exchange information and queries between the provider and my pension scheme - who from my own experience were very difficult to communicate with.
