My personal advisors have been very knowledgeable and helpful and I feel that their decisions have always been primarily for MY benefit and not to further their, or the company's, profits, I plan to continue to use Lowes Financial Management in the foreseeable future.
I have been with Lowes for approx 17yrs. During this time I have always been given sound advice on investments, structured to my needs. Having such a professional and capable team behind me has been very reassuring. I could not have contemplated undertaking these investments without them. From my personal experience I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I've been impressed with Lowes since attending an investment seminar some six or seven years ago. Ian Lowes presentation was first class and prompted me to invest in structured products for the first time and to meet one of their advisors. I'd award Lowes top marks for client service, approachability, professionalism, staff friendliness and importantly answering the phone. And investment advice - I find their periodic magazine a useful aid here in helping me make informed decisions. Although I'm familiar with investments and inheritance tax from my former employment my wife isn't and she will need someone to turn to when I'm no longer around. Someone she can trust. I am happy for Lowes to satisfy this need - assuming I go first! Incidentally, the structured products recommended by Lowes have proved to be a good investment, so long as one understands and is prepared to accept the risks involved.
