Very impressed with the efficiency from enquiry to appointment. Dax is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. Dax put me at ease as he ran through pension options etc. I look forward to a long standing relationship with this company.

From the very beginning I have found Dax to be very helpful and professional, providing a second to none service throughout. I have recently found a forgotten pension fund since my first review was posted. It was a bit of a minefield getting it transfered but he and the admin team got me through it. My original provider lost paperwork etc and because of that I was able to witness first hand just how thorough the Ellis Bates paperwork trial was and is. In fact four months after the original transfer request I am still waiting for three letters to arrive! Without Dax's patience and guidance I might still be waiting for the transfer today but that has been completed. Thank you Dax, and all the Ellis Bates team who played a part in dealing with me. If only all companies had a team that cared as much about their customers.
