She’s been friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout, explaining everything clearly and dealing with every stage of the mortgage application on our behalf. We genuinely felt like we had very little to do because she had everything under control. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she responded quickly and put our minds at ease. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt supported. Jen has made the mortgage side of buying a home completely seamless. We’re so grateful for all her hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage broker.
Spike to Jen a couple of weeks ago about doing a remortgage. It was a day before she was going on leave but we discussed what I was looking for and she gave me the list of information she needed to get started on her return. Her first day back we spoke about the different options I could go for and she came back with 2 potential agreements in principle. Once I'd picked one, she made the application on my behalf, and 1 day later I got the formal.offer!. The speed and efficiency of Jen was amazing and the outcome better than I'd thought. Would definitely recommend. I will definitely use her again.dor my next remortgage.
I can’t recommend Jen highly enough! She has been absolutely amazing in securing my mortgage offer. As a single mum with three children and some existing debt, I genuinely didn’t think homeownership in my own was possible for me. Jen took the time to understand my situation, guided me through every step of the process, and worked tirelessly to make it happen. If you think you might not qualify for a mortgage, don’t assume it’s impossible I highly recommend speaking to Jen first. She truly works miracles. Her knowledge and support have helped me out of a very difficult situation, and I’ll be forever grateful for everything she’s done for me. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Not all mortgage advisors are equal. If you are looking for a mortgage adviser who gives her clients 110% and goes above in beyond in all she does you would be hard pushed to find anyone better than Jen. Navigating the mortgage market can be, and is, very stressful. Especially when you are self employed. Jen made a stressful process almost stress free. She guided us through every step of the process. She gave us sound professional advice for which we were so grateful. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always accessible. She even worked our application on holiday and broke the good news about our successful application at the weekend. We couldn’t be happier about our choice of adviser and genuinely wouldn’t use anyone else. We wont go anywhere else in the future! I recommend everyone uses her too!
From the very first phone call to point of receiving my mortgage offer, the service provided by Jen was top notch. It was our first time getting a buisness mortgage and Jen guided us and advised us well with our options. The communication was excellent, and she was always just a text or call away. Jen put lots of time and effort in and made the whole process feel smooth and easy, which we are very grateful for. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend Jen as a first time buyer. She has made the whole process of buying so much less stressful and all of her advice has been really helpful and easy to understand. I know if I need anything I can just WhatsApp her and get a quick reply giving me peace of mind with ever step.
Never have any doubt that a good Mortgage broker is absolutely worth their weight in gold! Jen took away all of the unnecessary noise and chaos and made the whole process so much easier.
