Excellent service from Adrian Flux I’ve just insured my DAX Cobra through Adrian Flux and was very impressed with the service. The young lady I dealt with was helpful, professional and patient, taking the time to go through all the available options to make sure I got the right cover at the best possible value and price. Nothing felt rushed, and she clearly made an effort to find the best solution for my particular car rather than simply offering the first available policy. A very positive experience and I’ll definitely use Adrian Flux again. Well done to the team highly recommended.

Should’ve read the reviews before I went with this firm was totally scammed for the reasons below. I’ve now gone with another firm £540 cheaper that didn’t want a tracker on the vehicle but here’s the annoying part about it. It’s with the same company, as in who they’ve put me with.

If it takes 50 min to make a payment, what would it be like to make a claim?I had to update credit card for renewal - can't be done online. 20 min wait to talk to someone. He said he couldn't hear me and would call back. I waited, but he didn't. Another 25 min wait to get through. Customer service used to be good, but no longer.

Worst insurance ever. Really expensive. And the YOUNG girls on the phone keep going on about the porthole. They mean thier dreadful app that keeps sending you instructions. Dont they do thier job instead of making me submit papers over and over again. My driver licence isn't a document they won't accept it as proof of address. Stupid games they play with you. And good luck trying to get a direct debit date close to your pay day. They want your money but they make you pay premium credit company so your confused about your policy number because you have one with them and another with who you actually pay. Wish Id never called them worst mistake of my life. I now have to pay £36 for a letter for proof of address then

Adrian Flux have insured my camper van for two years and just sorted home and contents insurance this year. The latest quote was super fast and efficient. I find them good value and easy to deal with.

Can't help but feel like I was scammed. Two months ago I renewed with them my policy for my classic car, requesting the monthly payment option, as I declared that I was intending to sell my car as soon as possible, so would want to cancel my direct debit without overpaying for the remaining period of the policy. The advisor on the phone had convinced me to go with the full annual payment of £189 (equating to about £16 a month), as (and I quote) "I would get refunded the same amount of money anyway". I have sold my car within less than two months of the renewal and when I called the team to cancel my policy, they offered to refund me (wait for it) a total of £4!!!! This is an absolute gross mis selling, as I am now roughly about £140 out of pocket compared to what I would pay if I chose the monthly payment option, based on their blatant lie. Avoid

Prices through the roof, but only after you insure with them. Any changes to vehicle, insurance ect they just whack loads of extra fees on there. Emailed over the weekend with a query, still haven't replied. Absolutely terrible service, don't choose Adrian flux for your insurance needs
