Susan Jarrett and her team where exceptional from begining to end. They were fast, friendly and delivered as promised (somethimes sooner). At the beginning of the process, I made it clear to them what I needed and some of the issues I had, none of that was a problem. They insured that there were no hold-ups or problems. A seemless service which I would recommend with an easy 5-Stars!
I cannot recommend Michael and the team highly enough. He walked me professionally, thoroughly and carefully through each step of the mortgage process, came up with better options than were otherwise available and answered every awkward question I had with consideration and balanced objectivity. I really cannot be more pleased or impressed by the service I received. Both the initial advice and guidance then the subsequent support through the application process could not have been improved. At my time of life (mid 70s) I never dreamt I could buy a new home but here I am, on the verge of completing my move thanks the the mortgage offer received today. Thank you is simply not sufficient; I cannot imagine how anything could have been improved. Both Rob and Susan dealt with every query (and I had many!) quickly, precisely, and with total support. I didn't deal with a broker, I dealt with friends; it was that good.
We worked with James at Advantage FS sorting a mortgage on recent property purchase. Our circumstances were probably a little unusual being self-employed without a long trading record. James made the process about as easy as I could imagine it being, got what we wanted and all went smooth as silk. (When I recollect some painful stories from friends and former colleagues I figure they weren't using someone like James!) Wholeheartedly recommend and would be back to James/Advantage FS again in future if ever the need arose.
