I have used Fox Davidson 5 times now and it has been effortless every time. We always seem to get a great mortgage rate too. I cant recommend Sarah and her team enough 👍

We cannot recommend and thank Sarah and Steve from Fox Davidson enough for securing our mortgage. We had exhausted all options with our previous broker and it seemed we would not be able to secure a mortgage at all, until Sarah managed to secure not only a mortgage for us, but one with a great interest rate from a high street lender at exactly the conditions we wanted. Our case was particularly challenging due to the volume of the mortgage and my husband's startup business, and some other unexpected hurdles. Not only did the team from Fox Davidson achieve what our previous broker had considered an impossible case, they were so lovely and calming throughout the process, always picking up the phone and supporting us. I waited with this review until we had the keys in our hand, because I could not believe that we actually secured the mortgage and house until it was all signed. Right from the start, they were excellent in every way. They provide a very responsive, friendly and professional service. We were guided through a range of mortgage and home insurance options, and they matched their recommendations to our specific needs. Legal and financial issues were dealt with clearly and transparently. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah from Fox Davidson, she was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the market. She worked with me to secure a port for my mortgage that literally saved me thousands.
