From the very beginning he was so friendly and easy to talk to, I was completely clueless about this whole process but he took so much time to explain everything in a way that made sense without ever making me feel silly for asking questions! He was always available whenever I needed a chat or had a question, no matter how small and made what could’ve been an extremely stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable! I’ve already recommended him to so many friends, the best of the best!! Thank you!!
