Provide house insurance quote efficiently but was higher than quoted by existing insurers. Learned that ' broakers/ selling agents may cause interruption to progress of claims to main insurer. NOT E H Ranson.

Asked if they could help arrange car insurance for me. Unhelpful. Could not answer simple questions. Went in line and Post Office insurance were able to do the job.
