Had good service here for several years, just paid my premium and never needed anything. Recently, apparently the company was acquired, and could not get any help, just trying to pay my annual premium and they won't help. Imagine if I needed to file a claim. Customers should be aware that these good reviews are not applicable since the company was acquired, not the same service.

For some reason, my initial review and 5 star evaluation doesn't hold true anymore. I've had to cancel an insurance following a business closure two months ago and after tens of calls and emails, I still haven't received the refund I'm due. Every time I call I'm redirected to a call center who pretend to be the actual company (which is obviously easy to detect it's fake) and almost no replies to my emails. Extremely hard to get in touch with Gareth for most of July and August. To say I'm disappointed is quite an understatement, beyond the fact I've lost money in this story. I have been using a insurance broker for 8 years and i thought i was getting a good deal, i decided to give Gateway Insurance a try after a recommendation. By approaching my insurance from a different angel they were able to split my policy components over a number of insures, getting the best deal from each [Public liability etc] and saved me £400 a year.
