I am not an expert with pensions so needed good quality sound advice at a competitive price. Eadon & Co, where more than able to full fill this requirement and explained every step/process with clear instructions/reasons and what seemed best for my circumstances. I have already passed there details to others and will continue to work with them for financial advise. Everyone I spoke to or communicated with was help full and knowledgeable in there field

All the staff are friendly and helpful, they make you feel at ease straight away and that helps. Since passing the management of my retirement fund to Eadon I have been happy with the results and felt more relaxed about the future .

I'm not the brightest when it comes to financial stuff and some companies make it proper difficult for you to sort your money out, they seem to forget it's YOUR money. I spoke to several friends about financial advisors and I'm not gonna lie it was pretty much a 50/50 split for and against. So my next port of call was to go online. I checked through a number of FAs and double checked with reviews and any other information I could find online. Looking at Eadon & Co they seemed to have some pretty good reviews and checking out the company website and any other info I could find, I couldn't find anything negative. The same things were being said, that they were friendly and spoke with care and professionalism, they ensured that their clients understood everything. So I sent a message outlining what I was looking for. I got a prompt response from the lovely Elizabeth (I must ask if she minds being called by a shorter name next time we converse). She was very good with me. I tend to come across as difficult although that is not my intention. She was extremely patient with me ensuring I didn't feel stupid. She outlined their services and next steps. She ensured that I knew that I wasn't obligated in anyway. I gave them the relevant info and they contacted the companies on my behalf. I had a small amount of legwork to do but this was due to my existing affiliations and not Eadon & Co. I had a couple of other phone conversations and some email contact with them with which they provided me with a breakdown of my current situation and what they could offer and any fees. I had a phone consult with Aiden who helped clarify the legal jargon and stuff I didn't understand plus any other questions. They managed to combine my pensions for me into a better proposition. The whole process was painless, even when there was a delay, again not their fault, they ensured communication with me to let me know there was a delay and why. A lot of other companies would just not bother. So I was always kept in the loop. Suffice to say they, so far, they have been exceptional and I am confident that I can call them at any time with any queries, help or changes I would like to make. Eadon & Co have, to date, exceeded my every expectation and I have full confidence in them looking after me going forward. Thanks to the whole team at Eadon & Co.
