I contacted Pareto as they dealt with my work place scheme and I was looking at retirement planning advice. Mark got back in touch with me quickly and we had a chat to understand my circumstances. Mark conducted my annual review in September this year for Pareto.It was a very helpful and informative meeting, without jargon, making it easily to understand in layman's terms. Mark came across as very approachable, knowledgeable and he was very responsive to the issues I raised and we dealt with everything at my pace. He made it clear that he is available to provide assistance should I require it and dealt with me in a professional manner which made me feel that my best financial interests were uppermost.
