A bus hit my parked car. The bus company and brokers got in touch with me straight away and told me they’d passed my details on to ERS. A week later I’d heard nothing and had to chase for an update. They then passed everything on to another company who have also needed chasing all the time. A month later, I’m chasing for my payout. The company they passed on to informed me they’d had sent the funds to ERS on the 10th of July. Still no money in my account. No contact. I’m now without a car and have no money to be able to buy one. Absolutely shocking.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! One of the worst insurance companies ever. They treat you like you're nothing. Unfortunately I had an accident anf they treated/investigated me like I was a criminal. They also 'offered' me £6k for my car which was worth atleast £10k. They then tried to use every method possible to try to rob me as much as they could. Will never ever use these scammers again.

Best bespoke motor insurance company. Will insure anything as long as it has wheels they got you covered.

Diabolical treatment to third parties. I had the misfortune to find myself an accidental customer of this company. After a no fault accident, the party who crashed into my wife and I was insured with ERS. They simply chucked the matter to Innovation as their accident management company. In every respect this has been diabolical. First my unsecure, boot-less car was left for 5 days filling with water before they collected it. Then it took 5 days to get a hire car. The "like for like" hire car was anything but. Ive made in the region of 50-60 calls to Innovation. They never call back, and never reply to emails. Even people claiming to be from complaints who say they will own the issue disappear and are never heard from again. As I sit here the final payout hasnt arrived and I'm told to wait 7 working days. ERS has never once responded to my requests to speak with them. UPDATE: I provided contact information last week and have not had a single contact from ERS. Futher they have nicke and dimmed me and not covered some minor costs to get home after my wife and I were left by the side of the road for 5 hours. Avoid this company they do not care.

Had the worst experience I've ever had with any organisation. I can't be bothered to exhaust myself writing down all the inconvenience this insurance firm has caused me. Stay well clear. From the agents who answer the phone to complaint managers who have a bad attitude. I got more done myself that having to rely on these incompetent cowboys. EVEN IF IT COSTS YOU MORE TO USE SOKEONE ELSE. PAY OTHERWISE YOULL BE PAYING MORE IN THE LONG TERM.
