Excellent company. Have dealt with them both for commercial and residential Insurances. David W and Anatoliy have been fantastic, always quick response times. Now our go to broker. Would highly recommend.

David Vawdrey helped us to find alternate Building Insurance for our shared freehold property. He was extremely helpful and responsive and found us cover that was almost 75% lower in cost than the cover we had when we approached him, with the same assurances and excess amounts. I would not recommend. I instructed one of their brokers (I won’t name him) for a quote, when I decided to go with another broker (who offered a more competitive quote), I emailed to thank him for his time & efforts, to no reply, I emailed again, and upon a 3rd attempt received a reply saying they wouldn’t be looking to insure me in the future and listing out the extensive work he’d put into generating the quote, I couldn’t believe the petulance, I’ve never received such an egotistical reply. I had to remind him the very nature of a ‘quote based model’ is you won’t always get the work. I certainly won’t be using them in future, and due to me taking my business elsewhere and their (very strange) bruised ego it sounds like they won’t be talking to me either. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it.

David has been super helpful and quick to find us an insurance for our home. Great service and answered every questions!
