Just took out our house insurance policy. I had the pleasure of speaking with Katie. I found her to be an extremely pleasant and competent young lady. Most polite and efficient. So many thanks and good luck. Excellent service.

After receiving my quote from my present car insurance i decided to look around. I noticed Howdens so thought I would give it a try. The person on the end of my call was not only very proffecional but friendly as well. He was easy to chat to and gave all explinations I needed to help me make a choice. The offer was very much like my existing cover, but nearly £100 cheaper. All paperwork was emailed the same day giving me time to go through and pay. Now the test is if (ihope not) I need to make a claim. All in all very impressed.

Helpful, friendly, professional. Sorted out quotation and implemented cover as required, providing a substantial saving on renewal offered by the AA (who, by the way, offered to match the quotation when I rang to cancel the automatic renewal, but as this was the second year running the AA had not provided the cheapest quotation straightaway, I declined and switched to Howden)
