Staysure

Would not do our travel insurance with any other company.Just a bit disappointed,as we have decided to go on a cruise for 2 weeks and they can't just add cruise travel for 2 weeks, so it becomes expensive.It will be our last cruise.

The Best Customer Service and Communication in Recent Years. My wife and I early seventies with typical medical issues at our ages - me a recent knee operation and my wife various bits over the last couple of years. After obtaining a fit to fly letter as advised by Ntlantl ( an amazing man) I phoned to proceed today - my consultant was Ntokozo a wonderful Lady who has the 'People Skills' of a Saint. Knowledgeable, kind, honest, transparent , humorous but serious when it comes to getting answers to medical questions. Whoever has trained Ntokozo. and Nalantl have done a fantasic job. When it came to the total price which my Wife and I thought was very reasonable - we both said we could not hand on heart consider any other Travel Insurance Company - the quality, transparency and honest approach of your staff is in my humble opinion unrivalled at this point in time. So so impressed.

Appalling customer service and inaccessible documents. Customer service are based in SriLanka and do not seem to have a good understanding of medical conditions or how our health service is run. Promised me they'd phone back within 2 hours re a query. Didn't happen. Not even sure I'm still insured despite massive cost of premiums.

Staysure travel insurance is an excellent product. Its simple to apply for it's value for money and does what it says on the tin. Hopefully you will never need to use it but its good to have it sitting in the background.

We always choose StaySure for our travel insurance and have been loyal customers for years. The one time our flight was cancelled, the claims process was quick and straightforward. Top tip: if you’re planning more than one trip a year, an annual policy usually works out cheaper.

Main rational for 5 stars is provision of a brilliant all round service. Even with acute diagnosis one can get a travel policy which in itself is invaluable when you thrive in a warm climate. Initially it may seem expensive however to be able to travel one cannot put a price on those experiences in older years. Also by updating any medical changes which is important for any insurance a positive change can dramatically decrease payments too. Staff via telephone are always very helpful/polite which in turn provides reassurance.

I personally have not need Staysure Travel Insurance thankfully. My wife did need their services 2 years ago which required a hospital visit. I can say they were very good and only a phone call a away to help out. Some of expenses had to be paid at the time my me. I paid a excess toward hospital bill. All costs were reimbursed one week after our return to the uk. I considered this to be excellent.
