I dealt with Alan as I have over many years. His customer service is excellent and he is extremely trustworthy. The company itself I have no problem with. Answer calls quickly and very helpful. I am an oap and had lots of various insurance companies over the years. As far as I and husband are concerned we will always deal with them. Couldn’t ask for better I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you again Alan for your patience and your explanations.
