We approached Knight Frank Finance to set up new policies for critical illness and life insurance for a new business we had set up. Having used KFF before for personal policies and mortgage services, and having received excellent service throughout and after, we contacted Sanvir Dhillon who was as swift as ever to reply and to pass on the details of Connor Sullivan who handled our applications from there on in. Connor was swift to reply to all communications with concise and clear information at every stage. Connor typically called to talk us through a query or issue that had been raised, before following it up with an email so we could further digest the information or just have it for our records. Our case became more complex towards the end due to past medical history, however Connor was excellent in persisting and finding solutions for us and ultimately landed us some excellent policies at prices we were very happy with.
