Found this company via their website - reached out and was very happy with the call back - the information provided, prices and answers to our questions, were all great. Definately recommended.

I contacted My Tribe for a private health insurance quote after l had googled private health. I was told that someone would phone me the next day, (it was Sunday) I was phoned the next morning and the woman who spoke to me was very knowledgeable professional and friendly.

This is NOT a broker or comparison or quote site. They simply pass your details to unnamed brokers which I found to be misleading, perhaps I got it wrong. I was expecting insurance quotes and all they then did was pass to pass my personal details to usaycompare.com who then phoned me within minutes. I then read the various reviews about usaycompare.com and requested that both mytribe and usaycompare delete all my details which they did.

I found the information on the My Tribe website very helpful and informative. They put me in touch with a broker who was extremely helpful and explained the options very clearly. I am now moving to a different provider, on a better policy, at a much reduced premium.

I emailed during Christmas and had a prompt response followed up by telephone immediately after the 26th December. A truly knowledgeable and understanding agent whose clarity of speech made the experience (always stressful dealing with Health Insurance) absolutely straightforward. He was so very reassuring that I had absolutely no problem discussing our policies and the options available. Actually, in less than 2 minutes he quite simply said something like 'We can certainly do much better'. And he did. The lesson I learned? NEVER accept a renewal quote without shopping around! I recently retired and as we had always been lucky to have private cover for my working life, decided to extend this into retirement. I usually research this type of service on my own, but came across the website for myTribe and signed up. The expert called me very quickly and soon assessed my needs. A brief while later I was reading 3 quotes aligned to our discussion. I could not have done that on my own. Saved time and gave me a lot of insight. Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the agent.
