One Sure Insurance

Worst broker I ever been dealing with in my 10 years of trading, the send me the email my policy has been verified and for next day cancellation my policy without any notice, we did provide everything they asked for everything was in place insurance was covered just like surprise I get cancelled my insurance without any notice, how wors could be more then that , I did send them no claim bonus they even couldn’t recognise if this the no claim bonus, very poor experience they have, I just checked reviews I should checked before I go with them , destroyed my name I can’t even open the insurance now because of cancellation, so please if any of you out there don’t destroy your name read them reviews before you go with them, they don’t care what’s gonna happen to your situation, they took my £600 deposit and plus that over £900 charge witches they have to dream about it , you destroyed my name took my £600 for nothing and you want £900 on top what a dodgy company is so dodgy you can’t even talk to them , when they first talking to you they are so soft until they take money of you and after that they are becoming a wolf to you, what a bad experience 00000 star

Over the last week, we have been in constant contact with customer service. It was a difficult situation. If not for the top rate service we received we would have been left unprotected. Thanks guys for a great service

I needed new insurance as my current doesn't provide the specialist cover I needed. Adam was exceptional and courteous throughout the call and I recommend them any more! Great expertise with Harron, spoke with him initially about getting Traders insurance and he helped me understand everything and gave me a price. I went and called 5 other companies and there were still the best price and the most helpful. I’m the end I went back to them and after everything I was given a discount and given a 3 month payment plant at 0% internet which was great. Had patience and did everything whilst the phone with me. Had everything by 7pm on the day as he said. Great service

I contacted them as their price to insure my campervan was over £200 cheaper than my old insurance. So placed a call to make sure all was correct. After speaking to a very patient member of staff, as I suffer with anxiety, she talked me though everything, with Patient’s, Politeness, and courtesy. So after everything she even was able to make it even cheaper. I had to send photos of various items which again she explained. So I not only did I receive an email with all my documents, they even sent a hard copy. So overall I would highly recommend and give a 5***** review with no hesitation.
