Very helpful and responsive company. And it is the team effort. Doesn’t matter who you deal with, the whole team are super helpful. I’ve personally had Katie Johnson, Sarah Hunter, and Amy Muncaster, working on cases. All great standard of service. I was looking for insurance for my property business and they helped me through all stages so far including unoccupied property, being refurbished, and then changing the policy to occupied property, and changing my business address on my various policies. I would highly recommend. Please note that I do not give recommendations out lightly. After being part of a business networking group where referrals and recommendations were given out like sweets, I ONLY give recommendations to people I have personally used. This is a genuine review, and happy to discuss with anyone.

Charged £70 fees in a 14 day cooling off period. The policy fees were not explained properly. Found insurance elsewhere for a fraction of the price with EXACTLY the same cover. Avoid & do it yourself.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff at Elliott Westland fixed me up with good policies at very competitive prices. Special thanks go to Amy. This is an exceptionally good company and I can't recommend them highly enough. First class all round, I am a very happy customer!
