We have been using Quick Mortgages to find a suitable mortgage offer for our first property and have found both Rhiannon and Hollie to be brilliant throughout. Rhiannon has primarily been looking after our offer throughout the process and has gone above and beyond at every turn, to keep us up to date, fully informed and comfortable throughout. We’re fist time buyers and very new to the world of mortgages and Rhiannon’s advice has been invaluable throughout. She’s been absolutely brilliant in guiding us through a difficult market and has given us tips outside of the normal mortgage brokering process (relating to what to keep an eye out for when it comes to surveys etc) and at every point it’s been evident that she really cares about the work she does and the people she helps. Similarly as our offer was approved, Rhiannon and Hollie thoroughly checked the offer and made sure we were comfortable and aware of what was needed at every step. Very highly recommended ! Had an amazing level of service from Rhiannon from start to finish on the three mortgages / remortgages we have arranged with Quick Mortgages over the past 5 years. We have just moved house and had last minute issues with solicitors and Rhiannon went over and above to help us and complete our house move on time.
