We have been with Residentsline for a number of years now as we are a group of residents who self-factor our block of flats. Buildings insurance is an area that we obviously have to get righ, and Residentsline make this very straightforward for us. The service is outstanding and easily accessible. The service from the company has been outstanding. They are always easily available for advice, information and support. They deal with claims quickly, professionally and sympathetically. Ellie at Residentsline was extremely professional and friendly on the phone and answered all the questions I had. Due to a change of circumstance I needed to take out the insurance much sooner than I originally anticipated and Ellie was very quick at acting for me, making sure we had the insurance in place for when I needed it.
