This was my second call to make policy changes. Lisa actually remembered me from my first call, which made the whole process faultless, as she'd already made notes. It was very refreshing to speak to an efficient member of staff, and also a human, rather than something relating to AI.

Awful experience. Was paying insurance on a phone they knew I'd had stolen! I didn't even know I'd taken out insurance in the first place!! Wouldn't offer any kind of compensation. Communication was terrible too. Excess for my phone to be replaced was the same as it would have been to buy it new. Go elsewhere, this company isn't worth your time

Absolutely fantastic service from SPB Citymain. They kept me well informed all of the way during my mobile phone claim from start to finish. Unfortunately my phones folding screen broke, and was deemed beyond economical repair. I recieved email notifications every other day through out the process. I then recieved an email stating that my phone was BER and a replacement was being sent out. I recieved a tracking number the next day and my replacement phone was delivered. Top company and can not be happier with the services recieved thank you.
