Getting my first mortgage and buying my first home by myself felt like such a stressful and overwhelming process, but Rob made everything feel so straightforward. He was incredibly patient, explained everything in detail, and was always prompt with replies to my messages. At times, it genuinely felt like I didn’t have to do anything because Rob handled everything for me. His help went far beyond just arranging my mortgage. He gave me advice about the survey, helped me understand how to respond to the vendor and the estate agency, and was always there whenever I had a question or wasn’t sure what to do next. Rob also helped me find the best life cover and income protection for my circumstances — something I wouldn’t have had a clue where to start with without his guidance. Most importantly, Rob is a genuinely lovely guy. He’s approachable, easy to talk to, patient and always happy to help. Having someone I could trust throughout such a major and stressful time made such a difference. I’m so grateful for all of Rob’s help in getting me into my first home, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. I’ll definitely be using The Swansea Mortgage Broker again in the future!
